By accessing or using NRICareers, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
NRICareers is a job application service that helps users discover job opportunities and apply to positions. Our team applies to jobs on your behalf based on your preferences, resume, and selected plan. We do not guarantee job offers or interviews.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use our services.
Applications are consumed when our team applies to jobs on your behalf (1 application per job). Applications refresh monthly on your billing date and do not roll over. Subscription fees are billed in advance through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

All content, logos, and trademarks on NRICareers are owned by us. Your resume and personal data remain your property. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to use your resume data solely for the purpose of applying to jobs on your behalf.
NRICareers is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Account Settings page.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
